Taskbar Shuffle is a simple, free utility that lets you drag and drop Windows taskbar buttons to rearrange them.

Before I installed Taskbar Shuffle, I opened applications in a certain order so they'd always be in the same place on my Windows Taskbar.  And if an application crashed, I'd need to close and re-open them all just to get them back in their accustomed place.  But no more -- yay! 

This free utility is a no-brainer for anyone who has more than a couple applications open at a time (like WorkFlows, Outlook, Firefox, etc.).  It's worth a try!
