When "One Book, One City" programs are organized by libraries, it can get communities reading and people talking. "The thought struck me that Twitter would provide a much better platform for a book club" Howe says, "than the mere accident of physical proximity."
Let’s love one book together, our actual geographical location be damned.
The project, "One Book, One Twitter" (hashtag #1b1t) has opened up voting for the final selection; voting will remain open for two weeks, at which point the winner will be declared.
