If you're printing more than one copy of a multiple-page Word document, set it so they'll print out collated to save yourself to work of doing it manually. The trick is remembering to click one little box...
Here's how:
- In Word (this works in both versions 2003 or 2007) press the Ctrl and P keys to open the Print dialog box.
- Choose the number of copies you want printed.
- Click on the Collate check box.
- Click on the OK button.
- Check the printer — your copies should be collated & ready to share.
