Microsoft Outlook's default for the calendar view is to display the day broken down to half-hour increments. If you'd like that to change, follow these steps:

• Once in Microsoft Outlook, click on Calendar
• With the mouse-pointer over the calendar itself, right-click and you should see these options:
• Click Customize Current View
• click Other Settings:
• You're looking for Time Scale, change that to whatever setting you'd like.
• Click OK.
• Click OK.
